The Multimedia Museum of the Great War in Redipuglia/Redipulja (Museo Multimediale della Grande Guerra di Redipuglia) is housed in the building of the former railway station, not far from the charnel house in Redipuglia, the Casa III Armata museum, the Colle Sant’ Elia hill and the outdoor museum Dolina del XV Bersaglieri.

The stories of World War I are presented to the visitor in an interactive way by six virtual persons (a Red Cross nurse, an Italian and an Austrian soldier, an ardito, an alpino and the commander of the Third Italian Army Emanuele Filiberto Duca d’ Aosta).
The front pages of the newspapers show each year’s progress of the war and a more detailed insight into the events between the Kras and Trentino. This presentation is further enriched by photographs, including some in 3D. By means of three touch screens, visitors also have access to the museum’s rich photographic archive (over 1,200 photographs).
