The Contemporary Art Gallery of Monfalcone/Tržič was opened in 2002 after the restoration of the old covered market. It is one of the largest exhibition halls dedicated to contemporary art in the Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia. The Gallery promotes visual arts, organizes exhibitions of established artists and gives chance to new generations of artists and young curators.
