The building has medieval origins. During the Great War, the Villa was the residence of King Vittorio Emanuele III. Here, the armistice was signed.
Once a strategic command center, Villa Giusti is now a museum commemorating the Italian victory in WW1. It features period furnishings, military memorabilia, and exhibits on the war’s conclusion. The villa is partially accessible, with some areas reachable by wheelchair. Restoration work has maintained its historical integrity.
The Municipality of Padua and its Tourist Office are in charge of the promotion.
