The Pasubio Charnel House, located on the Bellavista Hill (Monte Pasubio) at 1,217 metres, was built in the Twenties of the last century. The building resembles a 35-meter-high lighthouse. Inside, it is decorated with stained glass windows and frescoes. It contains the remains of 5.146 Italian and 40 Austro-Hungarian soldiers who fell during the First World War on Mount Pasubio. Mount Pasubio was a strategic mountain that saw intense fighting during World War I. This Ossuary honors the soldiers who fought there and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

The state of conservation of the site is good.
Several Municipalities and public entities are involved in the promotion of the site, as well as the Tourist Offices in the area.
