Fort Strino

Fort/Battery

Located in the Val di Sole valley, Fort Strino is a smaller fort compared to others in the region. It was built in the late 19th century and served as a support point during the war.
The fort is accessible by car and on foot. It’s been partially restored, with some sections open to the public, providing insights into the daily life of soldiers. In 1995, the fort was opened to the public as a permanent museum displaying artefacts and memorabilia from private collections.
S.G.S Vermiglio SRL is in charge of the promotion.
