Situated near the town of Vallarsa, Fort Pozzacchio is known for its unique structure, partly built into the rock. It was a key strategic point during the war.
The fort is accessible by car and on foot. It has been partially restored, with some areas open to the public, offering a glimpse into the challenges of mountain warfare.
The Province, through the Risk Prevention Service, also intervened to ensure the safety and arrangement of the access road.
Local authorities and the Province are in charge of the promotion.
