Marmolada Great War Museum

Located on the Marmolada glacier (3342 m), this museum chronicles the extreme conditions faced by soldiers fighting in the mountains.
The museum is accessible by cable car, with facilities for visitors with disabilities.
Constant preservation work is vital due to the glacial environment.
The museum is no longer an artifacts exhibit but a sensory visit, capable of making visitors feel the environment of the war, fought right in the places where the museum is located – between rocks and ice. The museum is also developing in the digital field.
