The Tolmin gorge is formed at the outflow of the Zadlaščica stream into the Tolminka River. It is the lowest entry point to the Triglav National Park and the most important natural landmark of the Tolmin municipality.

Access and useful info

Access

The Tolmin Gorges will be closed until 8 June 2024 due to landslide redevelopment on the slope above the gorges. The road leading to the village of Čadrg will be closed according to the following schedule:
Monday–Friday 7:30–11:00 & 14:30–16:30
Saturday 7:30–12:00
