Postavljena je bila na ostankih predrimske in kasnej\u0161e rimske utrdbe iz \u010dasa patriarhata.<br \/>\nV trdnjavi je majhen muzej (<strong>Museo della Rocca<\/strong>) s <strong>paleontolo\u0161kim in speleolo\u0161kim oddelkom<\/strong>.
