Med prvo svetovno vojno so Italijani <strong>novembra 1917<\/strong> (po dvanajsti so\u0161ki bitki) stari most <strong>razstrelili, da bi tako upo\u010dasnili napredovanje avstro-ogrskih \u010det<\/strong>. Po <strong>bitki pri kraju Vittorio Veneto leta 1918<\/strong> so obe strani reke spet povezali, najprej s pontonskim mostom, leta 1919 pa z leseno konstrukcijo. Sedanji kovinski most <strong>Ponte della Vittoria<\/strong> je bil <strong>zgrajen leta 1922<\/strong>. Odprli so ga 12. novembra 1922.
