Spomenik simboli\u010dno vodi ljudi k miru in bratstvu. Obsega <strong>1550 kvadratnih metrov<\/strong>. Dokon\u010dan je bil v samo \u0161estih mesecih in odprt leta <strong>1951<\/strong>. Lokacija je bila skrbno izbrana. Na tem hribu je imel kralj <strong>Vittorio Emanuele III.<\/strong> med prvo svetovno vojno opazovalnico. Hrib stoji na pol poti med <strong>Gorico\/Gorizia<\/strong> in <strong>Palmanovo<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<strong>Ara Pacis Mundi<\/strong> je narejen iz marmorja travertina. Severno in ju\u017eno stran spomenika na sredini lo\u010duje odprtina, vzhodno stranico pa sestavlja \u0161tirinajst 13-metrskih stebrov. Na sredini kompleksa se nahaja tri metre dolg in pet metrov visok <strong>oltar<\/strong>. Znotraj oltarja je <strong>\u017eara<\/strong>, ki <strong>vsebuje vzorce zemlje z 800 voja\u0161kih pokopali\u0161\u010d v Italiji<\/strong>.
