Del\u010dek teh polo\u017eajev so va\u0161\u010dani obnovili v letu 2017. Pono\u010di <strong>25. oktobra 1917<\/strong> je <strong>Erwin Rommel<\/strong> s svojo bojno skupino vpadel v te polo\u017eaje in preno\u010dil v vasi v neposredni bli\u017eini 14. regimenta bersaljerjev iz 4. brigade. Iz vasi je ob prvem svitu napadel polo\u017eaje nad vasjo in krenil na osvajanje <strong>Matajurja<\/strong>.
