Prima della Grande Guerra apparteneva all\u2019Impero austro-ungarico. Poich\u00e9 Brazzano si trovava vicino al confine, allo scoppio della guerra, fu presto conquistata dagli italiani.<br \/>\nUna parte del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turismofvg.it\/it\/109251\/cimitero-austro-ungarico-di-brazzano\">cimitero<\/a> civile \u00e8 ancora destinata alle <strong>vittime della Grande Guerra.<\/strong> Nel cimitero si trova una tomba collettiva con i resti dei soldati, morti nel campo militare (croci di ferro), e un\u2019altra <strong>tomba collettiva con 282 soldati austro-ungarici<\/strong>, sepolti originariamente a Cormons\/Krmin.
