L\u2019<strong>Altare di Ratchis<\/strong> del VIII secolo, che porta il nome del Duca che commission\u00f2 l\u2019altare, \u00e8 senza dubbio una delle pi\u00f9 importanti opere del Patrimonio longobardo. Il Duca Ratchis successivamente divenne <strong>re d<\/strong>\u2019<strong>Italia longobarda<\/strong>. Un altro monumento importante \u00e8 il <strong>Battistero di Callisto<\/strong>, commissionato da Callisto, patriarca d\u2019Aquileia (731 A.D.), il quale trasfer\u00ec la sede patriarcale a Cividale del Friuli.<br \/>\nIl Tesoro del Duomo rappresenta il <strong>prestigio assoluto della antica storia cristiana<\/strong> dell\u2019antica capitale.
