Le cime che circondano il passo svolsero un <strong>importante ruolo strategico anche durante la Grande Guerra<\/strong>, tra queste c\u2019era <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turismofvg.it\/museo-all-aperto-del-pal-piccolo-grande-guerra\"><strong>Pal Piccolo\/Kleiner Pal<\/strong><\/a>. Attualmente strutturato come <strong>museo all\u2019aperto<\/strong>, il Pal Piccolo presenta numerosi resti del conflitto durate il quale questo magnifico paesaggio si trasform\u00f2 in un campo di battaglia.
