L\u2019attacco a queste posizioni inizi\u00f2 al mattino. <strong>Il battaglione del W\u00fcrttemberg<\/strong> si diresse da diverse direzioni verso Calla\/Kal e Pegliano\/Ofijan, mentre gli altri reparti salivano dal fondo della valle attraverso Tarcetta\/Tar\u010det, Antro\/Landar, Spignon\/Varh e pi\u00f9 a sud da Oculis\/Nokula. Il <strong>Mladesiena<\/strong> era ben difeso dalla <strong>Brigata Jonio<\/strong>. Gli attacchi furono lunghi e sanguinosi. I nemici conquistarono le posizioni italiane l\u2019una dopo l\u2019altra e <strong>alle ore 10.00 la cima era in mano tedesca<\/strong>. Furono catturati pi\u00f9 di mille soldati italiani.
